BTS Annual Congress 2024

We are delighted to announce that The BTS Annual Congress 2024 will take place from the 6th to 8th March at the HCC, Harrogate, Yorkshire.
The aim of the Congress is to unite clinicians, surgeons, laboratory scientists, nurses, transplant coordinators and all those interested in all aspects of organ transplantation and donation.
We are putting together an exciting and stimulating programme, which we hope will appeal to everyone, combining expert clinical updates with the latest in laboratory science. The three-day meeting will attract around 500 delegates, and a virtual international audience with an interest in all areas of transplantation and donation.

Cancellation Policy
Attendees can make name changes up to 5 working days before the conference (i.e. up to 27 February 2024)
Attendees who cancel their attendance before 15 December will receive a full refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance between 16 December and 22 February (inclusive) will be offered a 50 % refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance after 22nd February 2024 (10 days before the Congress) or who do not arrive at the conference will be charged the full conference registration fee.
Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and no responsibility can be assumed by BTS for costs incurred in the event of a late cancellation.
